چکیده

Introduction. The experimental study aimed to induce the acute alithiasic cholecystitis in 20 pigs, injecting L-α-Phosphatidylcholine in the gallbladder using laparoscopy. Materials and methods. After the induction the laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed after 3 and 7 days. Hematoxylin and eosin stain was done from the sections. Results. The histology emphasized the gallbladder’s inflammation, colagenolysis and vascular alteration. The laparoscopic cholecystectomy on the first group had a medium time of 71 minutes and at the second group medium time was 94 minutes. Conclusions. The experimental induction of acute acalculous cholecystitis is possible injecting using laparoscopy in the gallbladder L-αPhosphatidylcholine, the inflammatory lesions being emphasized.

Study of Angiogenesis after the Experimental Acute Cholecystitis

The experimental study aimed to induce the inflammation of the cholecyst in 40 pigs, injecting L-α-Phosphatidylcholine in the gallbladder using laparoscopy and to establish the presence of angiogenesis in the healing process. Some groups received then Dicolfenacum and some groups did not, until the laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which was performed after 3 or 7 days. Hematoxylin and eosin stains...

Percutaneous cholecystostomy: a nonsurgical therapeutic option for acute cholecystitis in high-risk and critically ill patients.

Percutaneous cholecystostomy offers a potentially important type of therapy for critically ill patients with acute cholecystitis who present high risk when undergoing laparotomy or laparoscopy under general anesthesia. It offers a distinct advantage for these kinds of patients by avoiding the risks of the surgical intervention. Percutaneous cholecystostomy is a safe and effective minimally inva...
